Client Policies

To ensure every client receives the highest level of service and attention, the following booking policies apply to all appointments.


Prepayments / Deposits


A 40% prepayment is required to secure all appointments.


Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Until this time, the appointment slot remains available to other clients.


Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 


Your deposit will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment.


Appointment Preparation


Please ensure your hair is clean, manageable and detangled before attending a braiding appointment.


If excessive tangling requires additional preparation time before your service can begin, a detangling surcharge of £15 per 30 minutes will apply.


For severely matted or tangled hair, please book the ‘Specialist Detangling Service’.

Pricing Information


All prices listed are **starting prices**.


Final prices may vary depending on:


• Hair length

• Hair density

• Hair condition

• Time required to complete the service


If you are unsure which service to book, we recommend scheduling a consultation appointment prior to booking.


Payments


Your deposit will be deducted from your final balance.


The remaining balance must be paid before leaving the salon.

Some services may require longer booking times depending on the complexity of the service or hair condition.


Waiting areas are limited, so we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend their appointment.


Consultation Requirement


Certain services including hair extensions, colour corrections and major transformations require a consultation prior to booking.


This allows us to assess your hair condition, recommend the most suitable service and ensure the best possible results.
